Return policy

Upon receipt of your order, we urge you to thoroughly inspect the package for any parts that are missing, damaged, or incorrect. Should you encounter any such issues, immediately contact our customer service via email or phone for assistance in arranging a replacement or refund. Please be advised that we cannot accept responsibility for any missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 30 calendar days from delivery, irrespective of fault. Additionally, Metrix Premium is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen, and such issues should be addressed with the shipping company.

Please be aware that Metrix Premium Chassis Parts does not cover any labor expenses, mechanic fees, towing costs, additional repair costs, rental car expenses, or other incidental costs that may arise from the use or installation of our parts, even in situations where the parts are defective or were shipped in error.

Certain items are not eligible for return. These include parts that have been modified, used, and opened.

We will cover return shipping charges only if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. In other circumstances, the customer is responsible for these charges.

Your refund will be processed within 7 days of receiving and inspecting your return. Once processed, an email confirmation will be sent. Please allow 1-7 business days for the credit to appear in your account, as per your financial institution's policies.
