Upon receipt of your order, we urge you to thoroughly inspect the package for any parts that are missing, damaged, or incorrect. Should you encounter any such issues, immediately contact our customer service via email or phone for assistance in arranging a replacement or refund. Please be advised that we cannot accept responsibility for any missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 30 calendar days from delivery, irrespective of fault. Additionally, Metrix Premium is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen, and such issues should be addressed with the shipping company.

Disclaimer of Additional Costs
